Why this exists
Most operational consulting is sold as a framework: apply the method, get the result. Thor OPS starts from the opposite assumption — that your operation's problems are specific to how your teams actually work, and a diagnosis has to come from watching the real process, not from a template.
The 90-day reset is the one engagement we run, on purpose. It's long enough to find the real problem and rebuild it properly, and short enough that it ends — with a process your team owns, not an open-ended retainer.

Founder
Thor OPS was founded by Johannes Thor Jakobsson, who spent eleven years at Tesla — across operations, leadership, process improvement, and EMEA audit & compliance.
The approach carries over directly: audits happen on the floor, with the people doing the work, not only from reports. Most of what looks like carelessness in an operation is people making a broken process work under pressure — and that's only visible from where the work actually happens, not from a dashboard.
